Alexa Rapach, LCSW, has her clinical license in 4 states: Delaware, Florida, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. She has her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a dual concentration in marketing and management from Montclair State University, and her Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University.
Since then, Alexa has been focused on working with children and families in a variety of settings: she has been a part of the child study team in a public school setting; has worked as a school social worker outside of the child study team in out of district schools, has provided psychotherapy to children in one of the premier children’s hospitals in the state of New Jersey, and has shifted her work to private practice. Throughout her over a decade long career, Alexa has developed a wide array of skills and tools that she can help you learn in order to be the best parent you can be.
Alexa’s approach to therapy is meeting the client where they’re at. She is flexible, forthcoming, validating, and real. While your work is at the center of what Alexa does, she believes that authentic connection makes the work easier and strives to build those special connections with her clients.
